Meet Cheryl Osterhouse of In Order For Life
In Order for Life, LLC was launched in 2008 by owner/operator Cheryl Osterhouse. After 20 years of raising a family, Cheryl was ready to step back into the job market. She couldn't think of anything more rewarding than encouraging others in their pursuit of simplicity and purposeful living. And she couldn't imagine a better way to use the skills and talents that she had gained from 20 years of creative parenting and running a home, along with her social work background. To that end, In Order for Life was created.
She brings her love for people and family, her passion for the success of families, and her naturally creative and organized style to each and every job. She truly desires to assist and inspire others to get In Order for Life! Both to get their lives in order so that they can truly live, and to learn true skills to keep it in order for a lifetime.
During the formation of In Order for Life, LLC, Cheryl felt called to honor the following bible verse from Isaiah 1:17 (New International Version):
17 Learn to do right; seek justice.
Defend the oppressed.
Take up the cause of the fatherless;
plead the case of the widow.
She is thankful to be able to provide a portion of In Order for Life's resources to help care for the needs of an amazing young man from Mozambique, through the excellent work of Food for the Hungry.
Cheryl comes from a social work background, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus and working in both adult services and the field of adoption.
Cheryl loves teaching and has the ability to demonstrate new skills in creative ways. She spent 8 years teaching her four children in multiple grades.
